Information This Site Collects

As little as possible. The site has no user accounts and no advertising, and it does not profile visitors.

Email you send. The contact and notify-me links on this site open your own email app. If you write in, Theodore receives your email address and whatever you include in the message. It is used only to reply, or to let you know when a film is released, on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch. It is kept no longer than needed and deleted on request.

Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like most hosting providers, briefly records technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance. Cloudflare processes this on the site's behalf; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Analytics. With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and rough location and device type. This relies on cookies set by Google (such as _ga). Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the reset button below. Google processes this data on the site's behalf; see the Google privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics runs only if you accept in the cookie notice. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, which is strictly functional and identifies nothing about you.

The films on this site are embedded from Vimeo. If you accept in the cookie notice, the player runs normally and Vimeo may set its own cookies. If you reject, the player runs with Vimeo's Do Not Track flag on, which suppresses its tracking cookies. Any cookies the player does set are governed by the Vimeo privacy policy.

Please do not copy, download, re-post or publicly screen any of it without written permission. If you are a festival programmer, journalist or researcher and would like materials, email the address above; such requests are usually welcome.
